WHAT TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES DOES MINDSOURCE OFFER?

Extensive training is given to all MindSource Recruiters and Account Managers. In operating locations, each day begins with a one hour topical training meeting where relevant aspects of the job are presented and discussed in detail within the branch or group. In addition, employees are exposed to broader training through presentations and outside providers. Educational reimbursement programs are also available.

WHEN WILL I BE ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICAL AND DENTAL BENEFITS COVERAGE?

Staff employees are eligible for medical and dental benefits starting the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. At hiring, an enrollment kit is included as part of our new hire kit. Supplemental information is also available from Human Resources.

MAY I ROLL OVER MY 401(K) FUNDS FROM A PREVIOUS EMPLOYER?

At any time during your employment at MindSource, you may roll over funds from another qualified plan. There is no waiting period required for the transfer. You may not start 401(k) payroll deductions until you have met the eligibility requirements and join at the scheduled open enrollment periods.
