Development Test Engineer (L2 / QoS)

Job duties:
Plan and execute tests to verify the Layer 2 and platform related features on the SmartEdge Service Gateway, such as Ethernet, ATM, POS, DS3/DS1 and QoS related features such as scheduling, weighted fair queuing, policing and metering.
Work closely with software/hardware developers during feature development and resolve bugs found while testing. Write scripts to automate test cases.
- Qualifications :
Experience with Layer 2 interface module testing is a must.
Knowledge of testing Quality of Service is a plus. Test automation skills (UNIX/C, Perl, TCL) is a must.
Use of industry standard Layer 2/Layer 3 network test equipment is a plus.
Good communication skill will be also helpful.
Education Requirements BS/MS in Computer Science/Electric Engineering or related fields
